e.o.c Question

been trying some engine off coasting and noticed that i can keyoff and back on and scanguage stays on but doesn't update average mileage for current trip. instant reading goes to 9999 but current trip stays at whatever it was when engine shutdown. if alot of this is done won't it make the scanguage readings different than what i'll realy see when i refuel.

Lx, do you have your fuel type set to hybrid? Does your speedo work when you key back on? Key has to be ON, not acc.

As far as I know, they Hybrid setting simply tells the SG to continue functioning/calculating as long as the key is ON, regardless of whether or not the ICE is running. Which is what you want if you're going to do some codfishing.
