does VX wheels fit my prizm?

basically I have a corolla/prizm, 1997 in year. i know the lug pattern will fit, but not sure if its safe, the "middle" circle of the toyota is smaller than a honda wheel, so im not sure if there is balance issues. I tried a corolla wheel in my old civic before, and the middle hole didnt fit.

also would a 97 prizm base model clear the vx wheel? the front brake rotors arent that big.
