CX and VX throttle bodies the same?

Okay, so I finally got an intake manifold for my D15Z1. It had the throttle body, EGR valve, and fuel rail. But no injectors or IAVC. These are not a problem, as I have spares laying around. However, when I got the thing home, I found out that the throttle is seized. I figured that it is probably somehow corroded stuck. So I tried to free it by soaking it in WD40. No luck. At this point, I figure the throttle body is a goner. SO I am just going to have to replace it. As I said before, it seems like I can pick up CX stuff fairly easily and cheaply at Pick-And-Pull, but not VX stuff. And, although the CX manifold itself was a no-go, I figure the throttle body might be. Does anyone here know?

Actually, I just freed the throttle. On the other hand, it would still be nice to know whether I cold use the CX throttle body if I had to.
