No, don't have one but wish I did...short runs kill my FE. I lack an outlet for one.

Bill, a block heater is a device that attaches to the engine and keeps it warm. Kinda like a heat blanket for your car. Since FE is low during the time it takes the car to get to proper running temperature, this is great for people who have lots of short runs and winter time.
