Best Tires for Fuel Economy

I am looking to buy new tires for my just 1995 Honda Civic VX. What tires is best for fuel economy?

LRR tires have been discussed many times. There are several LRR tires available for the VX. Check out these threads:

I have the Sumitomo HTR T4 in size 175/70/13 for my '95 Civic DX h/b, and I like them...definitely LRR. They are also available in the correct original VX size 165/70/13.
