Sweet man. I'm thinking of either Sumitomo HTH 175/70/13 or Michelins.
Thing is i just read that I don't think it's possible or would be foolish to put 14" tires on 13" rims as it they would not seal properly and would probably have issue with air nonstop. Also car would be higher too and issues on suspension. Michelin Defenders i found at 13 size too but i think sumitomos are better due to being more LRR and also higher PSI 51 vs 44 on Defenders. Rest of the tires i've seen are weird names i don't want to deal with. Toyo is also japaness but thinking sumitomo still better due to higher PSI. Founds sumitomos at $55/tire so i think that's great deal.

That would seem to be an understatement. I've never heard of anyone trying but I suspect that the tire would never hold any air at all; I don't think there's that much overlap, and the bead definitely would not seat. Closest I've heard of would be mounting 16 inch tires on 16.5 inch wheels, which I understand is a terrible idea.

I doubt anybody will mount it for your anyway.

Stick with "don't think it's possible".

Not to mention the change to your gearing. You'll have to consider these issues if you go with 14 inch wheels and those 14 inch tires.

Thank you. I found that best LRR tire Michelin Energy Saver but smallest is 14" so i guess that's out. If you guys find some more interesting tires post some link and/or throw some names here. I'm not buying yet but slowly researching it cause i want best LRR tire i can buy in this size.

The hx wheels are light also like 1lb more but then less tire so close in the end. I think 8 lb vx and 9 lb hx. I could be off a hair but that is close. Run what u got I have both and happened to have some good 13 wheels so. If I would have had to buy tires I. Would have went with the best bang for my $.
