it was on a 1500 pickup truck and had been missing for years (6 lug I think). he moved from VA to NC and they pinged him for it. it was an easy fix and they charged him like $5 for a used one which he didn't care about because he just wanted to get it inspected. I know that is way too much for a single lug nut and it was used to boot. didn't even match but it was a knock around truck.

we can however have cracks all through our windshields. even in the line of sight of the driver as long as it doesn't impede the use of the windshield wipers. that actually makes no sense to me. NC is strange to say the least.
