I'm guessing 20.2 mpg for the average of EPA estimates for all vehicles sold. The average for cars would be pretty high, but there are soooo many SUVs that the overall average will be pretty low. The average of people's REAL ACTUAL mileage would be in the lowest range shown, though, I think.
