Is Idaho above the Mason Dixon? (OdieTurbo is geographically challenged )

Pretty sure it is. I'll hang back with LxMike and let usedgeo hop in my spot to fill out your team.

Let me know if I make it in. It's okay either way. I need to buy gas tonight or hitch hike. The Saturn has done respectably lately. The gas log is up to date escept for the gas I have not put in yet. I started out on this gas saving thing kinda slow but I am coming around.

Sorry about the delay.... It's finals week here - and I've got a 3 hour Mechanical Vibrations Analysis exam in <10 hours.... If you want, I'll babble about locater matrices and vibration under general and harmonic forcing conditions Not fun in these conditions my friends (but I really enjoy learning this stuff) - but it will be over shortly, I'll be angry for a few hours after the test (like everyone else), and everything will return to "normal."

Here's where we stand. Dax, I really appreciate the gesture, and thank you very much

Tre - has a sedan
Odie - has an automatic | Above Mason Dixon
Bill
rvanengen
usedgeo - above M-D line

Looks like we're all set. I will send a message to rvanengen to get a confirmation form him/her and we'll get this party started. If that's a no-go - or I don't hear back before the next cycle, Dax - you're more then welcome to hop aboard

As for what to do.... If you haven't done so already - update your gas logs (I'll be doing that myself tomorrow with my latest receipt). And that's really all for now. Once the next cycle begins, we'll jump right in

I'm done now Fall semester starts back up August 20 Remember, I'm in Central Florida - so no snow breaks or anything like that this semester... In fact, we had all of 6 vacation days - 5 of which were spring break... We just pushed right through. All that said, here's an excerpt from today's final:

Quote:
What is "consistent" mass and what method is used to find it?
I honestly had no clue... My answer:
Quote:
Constant Mass of time. This is achieved with a balanced diet and regular exercise (>3 times/week)
It's really a method of finding a mass matrix via Finite element analysis (FEA) and it's called "consistent" because the model is consistent with other methods. Really, that was an obscure question. At least most of the points were on the actual application problems
