The city of Lacey Parks and Recreation is showing a lot of interest. I met with the Mayor (Graeme on gassavers!) and he is pulling for this to happen. I have a meeting with the event coordinator and her staff on Tuesday to present what we have so far and explain to the others what it is we're trying to do. Looks like we'll get some help from the city art dept. mounting the artwork and maybe some staffing assistance for the event as well.
To all here at gassavers.org: If you know of any groups or forums that would have members interested in driving this event please PM me or just reply, I'll be checking back occasionally. The word will need to get out once we get full approval from the city.
