Already saved money from motorcycle....

Rode 1367 miles on the bike already since getting it in the middle of may. Doing the math I saved 105.79. Doing 76mpg at regular gas price and 27mpg with my Saturn with premium gas.

I saved $105.79 already. And with only paying $1200 for the bike it it will pay for itself in a little over a year even with maintenance.

Cool! This is the same situation as me with my metro and mustang. I would go through a tank of gas in the same amount of time with both cars, but the metro is 8 gallons compared to 16 gallons. So, just driving the metro instead saves me 24$ a pop. Roughly 600 bucks saved a year.

Also, I dropped the stang off my policy so that was an extra 100 a year. Yea, only 100 bucks but hey, it doesn't move much anymore anyways...

Yes, and no winter in AZ for korax. Around here you'd be lucky if you could ride it for 6 months...

Yea thats another thing as long as you can deal with riding in 110 degree weather you can ride pretty much all year long. I ride my bike 4-6 days a week. Usually everyday tp and from work minus 1 day every 2 weeks and every Sunday to and from church I ride my bike.

And the insurance on the bike is only $18 a month so it doesn't hurt at all.
