Sounds like you have the right ECU, as for hosting the pictures, go to imageshack.us and then try to link to the page with the pictures.

Okay well if the ECU isn't the problem, what could be causing my little VX to get such low mileage? My thoughts were the timing and O2 Sensor. Could it be something else?
No CEL for the O2. And it's the right model. However since the car has over 320k miles and the original clutch, the O2 might also be the original. Is it possible to take it out and clean it?

Do you have the honda service manual? Use this:

It's text searchable and I guess if you just look around inside the manual, you'll find a diagnostic procedure to try out.. All the suggestions I've made in this and other threads was based upon what I found inside of this book.
