5 wire VX O2 sensor into 4 wire CX harness??

Finally got the correct exhaust manifold and P07 ECU hooked up into my '95 Civic CX with a VTEC-E engine swap, EGR valve fouls the fuel rail so I have to swap it for another. How do I hook up that extra wire from the wide band O2 sensor?, and where do I find the wire? This has probably been covered before, if so just point me to the thread.
It's taken me a year to get all the peripherals hooked up to my VTEC-E, and I can't wait go hypermilling for real!
