1993 Civic LX 4DR 5spd 13" or 14" Wheels? Better MPG?

Should I have bought 14" wheels with new tires instead of purchasing 13" tires to go on the stock wheels?
Does anyone have an idea of what a difference in MPG this would have made?

Can comment specifically on that car, but ive just bought a car with 17" wheels and according to the figures it get 83 MPG instead of 88 MPG like the exact same car with 16" wheels. I guess it makes a difference of up to 10% at a guess.
