192f vs 195f 'stat

I would like to try changing the thermostat in my VX for slightly better FE. Most times on this forum, folks have talked about replacing a 180f with a 192f 'stat. Went to the local store and they could order a 192... but they had a 195 in stock. Any big deal between the two?
