transfering data in GAS cubby to new iPhone 5s from 4s

Despite trying several times over the last couple of days, I have not been able to transfer the gas cubby data to my new phone. I upgraded from free to paid and the data transferred on my old phone, but it will not transfer to my new phone. Help!

It's great that you have your old phone with data still on it. That helps tremendously!

Please follow these steps that I've offered to another user in your exact situation-
In a situation like this, the device with the full data set needs to ensure sync is logged in (you can even change the email address to ensure a fresh sync) and then tap Sync (push up) the data to the server. On the device you're wanting to populate with data (new phone for example) go to Settings -> Sync Setup -> (again, ensure email address matches old phone) and then tap Delete LOCAL Data **ONLY**. This will erase any data on the new phone and prepare it to receive any data stored in the servers. After doing this, I personally like to force close Gas Cubby, relaunch, ensure I have a solid data connection and then tap Sync.
Giving it a few minutes to pull down the data, it should populate the complete data set.

Please let me know if you have any questions or run into any trouble.

Please, please, PLEASE do NOT delete local data or uninstall Gas Cubby on the old phone until you have all of your records on the new phone.

I have the same problem, ever time Apple resets my phone, Gas Cubby goes in and makes a change and every thing then works, I backed up my gas Cubby after every use. I just had my phone reset by apple and I am experiencing the same problems, but this time I am unable to find anyone from Fuelly to help, if Fuelly reads this, please reach out to me and help. I have send a few emails requesting help with no response. once this is completed I would like to transfer my data to Fuelly
