Wink Squeezing the Escort wagon

Looking forward to seeing what I can get out of the 97 escort wagon! Tons of great Ideas on this site. Will be laying down a base pre-mod mpg data line in my "Garage". Hope to do 1 mod per tank to see the progression. This will be a productive new hobby for me and my kids.
I read the 201 tips - surprised to not see window tinting in there (might have missed it), as it keeps the car cooler and tones down the jackass lights flashing behind me letting me know I'm not achieving max acceleration or speed. I think I need a big orange triangle with a radiation symbol on it on the back of my car saying "Warning - nuclear fuel testing in progress". That aught to keep them off my tail. Seriously, it would be cool if Gassavers.org sold bumper stickers!

there are some bumper stickers on cafepress.com and somewhere else but I can't remember where.

there was a user on here that sold me one but I don't have a pic of it right now. it is small and is just the lettering (individualy) and is about 6" x 1" maybe

I always like to suggest a scangauge as most cars don't have an onboard MPG meter. www.scangauge.com there are other places to get them but you get all the info from there.

good luck on your goals and start a gaslog

1 modification per tank is too fast. If you have very consistent driving conditions, you need 3 tanks per modification. If traffic, weather, route, or other variables change more, you may need even more tanks per modification.

All too often, I'll try something and think I succeeded (or failed) but a few tanks later I find out that I was wrong.

Already, great tips! On today's drive home I pondered the inflatable tailbox.
Thanks!

Tried taking off my roof rack today only to find that I have to remove my headliner to get at the bolts. D'Oh! Started on the hubcaps.

Trying out Stealth moon discs - shrink window film over plastic wheel covers. Driving test tomorrow. May need to try heavier shrink film - we shall see.

I wanted to say something to "My Followers", so I made up a sticker and put it on cafe press;
