I drive a toyota Aygo Fire, 2013 plate and have a fuel economy of about 40MPG but that is an estimate

I'm not the most fuel efficient driver and I know there are several things I can do to improve my fuel economy.
I tend to travel in rush hour in the morning and then late evening. I find it really stressful to keep reminding myself of the techniques whilst driving though. Definitely need prompting whilst in the car to make me focus on the eco!

Just stick your full tank results in each time, take it from there!
I would say the number one tip to focus on is in anticipating all junctions, lights and traffic ahead, so you're rolling up to stuff without constantly charging forward then braking. Just do that if nothing else. You get where you're going in exactly the same time, just with a longer gap between you and whatever is in front.
