So I'm still getting the CEL for the O2 sensor.
It only happens when the engine has been run for a while. I'm guessing the sensor needs to heat up to a certain temperature to work properly. I took a class on BioMEMS sensors and was told by the professor IrOx O2 sensors need to reach above 600F for them to work properly.
I am thinking of getting the $99 VX O2 sensor from auto parts direct. (its now $77)
The problem is I have searched the forums and it seems that one on the site is the L2H2 sensor with the blue wire. The L1H1 sensor I have currently doesn't have a blue wire. So is it the same sensor? i have also read on the forums that the L2H2 is an improved version of the L1H1 and more rugged; and it is for the later Civic HX.

Does anyone know if they are compatible or not? I am sure my car is federal model. I want my CEL to go away so it will be easier to sell the car later.
