New to Forum

Hello,

I'm new to this forum however I've been trying HHO for several months...

I got on this forum because I'm having a problem with my HHO and I'm trying to find an answer to it...

Hi I am also new to this forum but have been using and enjoying Fuelly (on PC and Android). I'm not very experienced using forums so excuse if wrong protocol.

I need some help after getting a new phone, not sure how to post to get advice? Please advise

Thanks EMY92. Here goes:

I used Fuelly on an Android phone. Now I got a new phone and installe Fuelly bur when I want to log in I get an error about an incorrect email or password. I changed my password via Fuelly on PC but still same problem. Do I need to remove the app on my old phone?

The app on the old phone shouldn't be an issue.

Please delete and re-install the app and try to login with the new password. I have seen a few instances where users have had password trouble in the past few weeks, but it has been very inconsistent and tough to track the cause.

Please let me know if this works.

I'll get the Fuelly web manager to take a look at this. He starts the day much later than I do, so it will be several hours before I hear back from him.
