Hello and Welcome. No, there is no way of doing that, unfortunatley, there are a few bogus users out there who put in false data, somtimes by accident, somtimes on purpose, so to arrange the figures in order might be misleading. There are plenty of filters however for different engines, model years etc

Not sure, what info are you looking for? Fuelly is all about averages and building up a realistic picture of "real world" fuel consumption.
