I am new to this and have no idea how to work this thing. aahhh help? Please?

Insert key, turn all the way until engine catches, then let go, select D for Drive, and mash right hand pedal to floor.... ooops.... stop stop.... press right pedal. Now put it in R for Reverse.... drive back through the garage wall....
