Flat rate gas tax! It keeps the tax even thought the state, keeps more of the tax towards roads instead of other crap, like MRAPs lol. My advice is move out of Commifornia, to say Colorado, were you still feel that liberal love of emissions tests, mag ban, and morons in suits in Denver, but we also don't have that summer or winter blend fuel crap.
