The motor actually has 70hp, so take that, unless you're talking WHP. I think the b16a2 (if it's the obd1 model) has 170 (but that's chp also).
My suggestion to you if you still want to keep fuel economy in mind is to get a d16z6 and run it on boost, that way you can get bad FE but 225 whp when you want and run it close to stock when you're highway and just trying to save gas, but that's just me,
The b16 seems to suck gas even though it's only a 1.6, I had one guy I did an ecu for thanking me because he got 36 mpg on a 100% highway trip...
