I saw 'VetteOwner' and I thought "that's gotta be a chevette."

...then there was the time when the Chevy Nova was really a Toyota Corolla. Some called it a "Toy-lette"

oh i have my little books that i write down the date, current odometer reading, and gallons to fill up. and any maintince stuff (oil changes, etc). speaking of i gotta change the oil in both my truck and car (i have no idea how that happened)

i truly have no idea how much they weigh...the truck is obviously going to be more because A its got an acual frame and B its bigger. i have to make it go thru the worst possible MPG senario in the world with it quite often in the summer: pulling a trailer with vertical wood ramps, a 300-4000 lb rider mower, a push mower, weed whackers, and a leaf blower. oh and a 5 gal gas can....talk about suggish acceleration. i have to gun it tho cuz usually by the time im done i have to pull out on a 4 lane highway at rushhour tryign to turn left...

altho the car is all metal (same with most of the interior) it prolly weighs more than a geo...(but less than a pinto or pacer)

heres some pics of the chevettes rearend (amazingly pretty much rust free) (dont mind that cancer spot its getting fixed soon)

has plenty of clearance

You had me FOOLED! I noticed a few of your posts and I actually originally thought of a late 90's CORVette in my mind. CHEvette never even crossed my mind. They are just so rare nowadays. I'd kill for a mint low milage diesel Chevette but that's rarer than rare. I'd have a better chance of winning the lottery than find something like that.

theclencher- Corvette is the dad and the Corvair and Chevette are the offspring. Sad the children died before the father. They just weren't the best kids.

See you all MUCH later.
Skewbe, I removed your picture because it is a naked person. male or female, don't care. This isn't the place to post naked pictures.
