Hi,

i was on the site of Volkswagen of America. I missied the Bluemotion Vehicle. These cars have special gear settings, lower on the street and a special front. These cars, even the great Passat (great for german, not mean great US) can drive with 5,2 l/100 km without effortless.
Do you know Skoda. Skoda's are Czechien cars but a part of Volkswagen. For germans with not enough money a way to buy a volkswagen. The cars drive like Volkswagen, quality like Volkswagen. A lot of Germans like Skoda. The platform and engines coming from the storage rack from Volkswagen.

I write a long thread in english tale and set it into General fuel economy discussion.

I always thought Skoda was scandanavian (like Norwegian or Swedish). But yes I did notice that they seemd to be a VAG product with all the similar body styles and drivelines (TDI).
