Future EV converter
Hi guys,
I came across your site due to the wealth of Aerodynamic info. I am currently in the planning stages of an EV conversion for when I finish my degree. I am living on campus at the moment so driving isn't really a big issue but I am trying to learn as much as I can for when I get into the 'real world'. My wife and I currently own a 1996 manual Toyota Corolla hatch. We get about 8L/100km which is about 30mpg but my main focus will be on the future EV. I am still unsure about what donor car I am going to use, probably a 92-95 civic or a crx depending on what I can get. So i will be trying to learn about mods i can make to that (and i think I will inevitably be making changes to the 'rolla as a learn about the difference it makes but we'll probably be selling it soon). Looking for advice on choosing a car and making it as efficient as possible.
