95 civic lsi

hi new here, looks really cool. i drove 95 civic h/b 1.5 lsi, D15B2 engine. i m getting around 28 mpg 40% city 60% highway with stock setup. i m from cold country(ireland) and thinking of getting more mpg. but dont know what could i do as i m not really a know my car except some general things like how to change oil just wondering what kind of MPG should i suppose to get from my car? thanks in advance.
