We are trying to correct a bug that was not discovered in Beta testing. It affects a small portion of the users, but we would like to eliminate it before continuing the release.
Currently, 70% of the users have been updated.
Hopefully, a new release will go out today and we will up the percentage to 85% this afternoon and the rest will be released tomorrow.
A secondary reason for the staged release is to be able to respond to all help desk tickets in a timely manner. Depending on the time of day a help request is sent, the response time will be minutes to hours, but no ticket goes more than about 16 hours before it's answered. If we released in larger groups, I'd be overwhelmed.
