Yes, that is the way it works, data syncs both ways.

The most important feature is the syncing. Too many users have lost years of data from a complete phone crash and didn't have a backup file saved off of the phone. This is designed to eliminate that, but the syncing is optional.

Thanks! I signed up and tried it out. Even posted a couple of things I found over in that beta thread. Overall it is working smoothly for me so far. Just a couple of glitches that I came across but maybe those are things I just don't see how to display and just need direction on?
