Old Pro registration that keeps deactivating

As the title says, I have had a Pro registration since 2017, and recently have had registration messages pop up almost every time I refuel and tap the nearby stations button.

Each time I go into my email and copy the registration code and activate aCar, only to have it happen again in a week or two, when I fuel the car again...

I don't see others asking about this, but the help info only points to a few topics and then too the forum.

Are there any tips for debugging issues?
