Old phone gone, fuelly missing vehicles, old backup not readable. Help!

The old phone is toast, no data can be obtained. The new phone has acar and is registered pro. Fuelly.com syncs, but two of my cars are missing, I had three. I have an old backup file that is recognized by acar, but upon restore I am greeted with a message that says " Manual restore is not available when you're already connected to Fuelly.com cloud." What do I need to do to restore my data?

Figured it out, had to log out. Restore file was old. Why were two of my cars missing from fuelly?

After the restore I now have four cars. The one car that Fuelly had and restore has now been duplicated. Ugh.

Yes, if you restore and reconnect to Fuelly, it will create new vehicles.

Without looking into your data, I am not sure why two vehicles were missing.
