New Odometer

Hi. I recently upgraded my motorcycle speedometer to a digital unit. Obviously now the odometer started at 0km. I can't input the value into Acar now, as it gives me an odometer error. I selected the 'missed fuel up' button and that seems to work to enter the data, but at the next fuel up my fuel consuption decreases ie from 20km/l at the first, at the second it is suddenly 45km/l, and so on. Is there any way to correct this, other that creating a new profile?

Only thing I can think of is to add the reading of the old odometer when removed to the new odometer reading at each fillup.

Thanks. I have figured out to add the trip reading, and then select 'distance from previous reading'. Will try that next time I fill up.
