It happened the same with me. I signed up for years ago, but recently I have problem: In the app, I am as a "free user", but when I click on "subscribe for $4.99/year", the app says "You already sign up for Yearly Pro (aCar - Car Management, Mileage)". My signature is until Oct, 2024.

I'm in the same situation. Paid for Premium, but showing a Free user. I hope I did not lose all of my previously uploaded data. I have reached out to support. Hopefully, they can resolve this.

Hi guys, I bought ACar for Android quite a while ago, and purchased acar pro unlocker from the Google Play Store on Oct 8, 2012. It was supposed to be PERMANENT.
Apparently the most recent Fuelly upgrade has forgotten my Premium upgrade, and it now says I'm a "free user". How can I fix it?

After this debacle, they gave me a donation code to register, but problem is that it frequently resets back to free, causing mr to have to reenter the code. Anyone else having this issue?
