Unhappy Keeps crashing on classification

I just got new aCar. I'm a pro user and if I go to classify my car, when I try to select anything on the first field called "Type" app instantly crashes. I'm using Samsung Galaxy S6.

Any suggestion?

This also happens with my Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 tablet (not the Note8 phone.)

New update has been released that fixed the problem. Thumbs up for speed and efficiency.

5.0.6 was released about 2 hours ago. If you don't have it yet, you will soon.

The update fixed it all right- if you try to edit anything in the Vehicle Details it deletes all the rest of the information. So go to change the vehicle type, lose the year, make and model (etc).

Some fix.

The data shown, if you have not classified the vehicles is used as a placeholder. aCar is using a new vehicle classification system in order to have most records work with Gas Cubby.

Once the vehicle is classified, the data is saved.

"Placeholder" sounds like you feel it's a great idea to delete all the details ALREADY THERE instead of just LEAVING THEM IN PLACE when the user wants to do an edit.

So I need to write down all the details on a piece of paper, then edit, re-enter everything and save it. Tech working for me! Fantastic.

I'm no programmer, but that sounds like retard country.

Classification causes the app to close

I try to sync to Fuelly.com and I select proceed. Then I select Classify for the first car and the app closes, sometimes display the car classification page, sometimes not.

This is months after an update to fix it????

Please make sure that you're on 5.0.6. If you are and are still crashing, please send a ticket to the help desk. Use the in app Contact Support and be sure to include the app logs.
