Your retired Mustang is Trip Distance tracked. aCar syncs retired vehicles as well. You can likely just edit the Mustang to odometer if you want to keep the service records.
Never mind, found the problem. Thought I had deleted all cars from Fuelly but one was still there as "retired". Deleted it and now the two apps are syncing.
