Feature Request - Multiple Time Zone Support

So I just completed a long drive from mid-coast Maine to Denver Colorado USA, crossing 3 time zones. I've noticed that aCar doesn't always stamp the correct time on entries (with relationship to the current time zone), additionally, Trip Records don't calculate properly for progress information if the trip starts and ends in different time zones. There should be the ability to set a default
time zone for the app and to change time zones for entries.

Additionally, when making fuel entries it would be nice to note whether a coupon or other discount was applied. (maybe enter regular price and discount price or discount amount?)

I still really like the aCar app. It's probably one of my favorite apps I consistently use and one of the few that I've actually purchased. I hope support continues and the app only gets better.
