For Future Release: Feature Request: Adjust sync frequency

I find the app syncs way too frequently. I'm concerned with how much battery power and data this is using, it would be nice if we could adjust it to sink only after every edit, or weekly as an example.

Along the same lines but probably a different part of the code. I would like to be able to disable the sync notification. Or have it work in reverse and only tell me that it could not sync if X number of days have gone by.

If anything, this problem has gotten worse: The notification that Fuelly is doing a Sync seems to happen multiple times per day now. This is so annoying that I'm *this* close to turning off ALL notifications for this app, but I haven't yet because the other reminders are useful.

I would suggest:
1) Let users adjust sync frequency
2) Let users turn off Sync notifications
3) Let user specify that syncing will only happen over WiFi, not over mobile data.

I came to the forum today because the not being able to turn off sync notification is SO ANNOYING that it's the last straw, and (along with my aCar Pro issues) is pushing me to research new apps.

I've had Fuelly put up a sync notification twice in the last 30 minutes, while visiting these forums!

Phrased differently: The user experience is getting worse over time, not better. (frustrating)
