I did a factory reset on my phone. Prior to that I backed up my data into my Google drive via the Acar app. When I got acar reinstalled and attempted to recover my data the restore feature cant find the file. I copied the file into the proper folder in my internal storage to no avail? Help?
Fixed! I had renamed the backup file to something other than the format recognized by aCar. I renamed it back and the app found it and I was able to restore my data. Thanks Robert V.!
