I just changed phones and can not get back into the app now. I have tried changing my password too.

I have an aCar Pro account that I lost Pro features ~8 yrs ago. I've now lost the ability to login to my "free" fuelly account. I've tried going through Support but my laptop is giving me security errors as it can not verify the website and believes its malicious (this will be MS Defender). Do I need to set up a new account to access historical records using prior backups from 2024?
