The option is no longer in the drop down at the top of the screen, but if you go to the browse records or statistics screen and then select search you can check which vehicles to view.
You can also use this method to view a subset of the vehicles you track since it allows you the flexibility to choose any group of vehicles you want. There are also other useful options on the search screen if you want to filter by record type, date or type of expense.
This is not an obvious work around and it would be nice if "All Vehicles" was added back to the drop down.
