Two PARTIAL, end with FULL fill-up - Inaccurate MPG

While in an area with high gas prices, I added fuel twice, and entered both as partial fuel-up. When I returned to low gas price area, I did a full fuel-up and expected the MPG to reflect the MPG for the last three fuel-ups (2 partial and 1 full).

I did select partial and full fuel-ups as appropriate.

The mpg reported for the full fuel-up appears to be inaccurate, if my expectation is correct.
