Resolved: Lost data.

Hi,

I am paid customer for Gas Cubby. But I have installed Free app for demo to my friend. and Press the Sync button from Free to copy data to Gas Cubby( for me the message was confusing and without reading I did go ahad) so it copied the data and I lost all the data.

I deleted the Gas Cubby Paid app and reinstall and try to sync data. The email system is slow so I tried couple of times to send email for sync. but I got only one email. but it not allowing me to sync.

I have on other phone, data synced, so I took export of my data. But I can not get data on my original phone. Please help.

I found some odd behavior or Bug. Once you ask for Sync email, it sends it once only. Even if you ask for resend it do not send. But If you shutdown the application pressing two times home button the resend button works. Same way Once you get email and link your device, Still you need to shutdown application and open it again to get sync start. I am on iOS 8.0.2.

My 5 years of data is back after 2 hrs of struggle.

We've discovered this too.

I'm sorry you were having trouble, but am glad you were able to retrieve your data!!
