Overdue reminders gone crazy after 3.0 upgrade

I upgraded to Gas Cubby 3.0 recently and noticed that all 3 of my vehicles have many, many overdue reminders for service items that were not there before the upgrade and these overdue reminders are incorrect. I have not dug into the details to ascertain a pattern or a cause but was wondering if this is a known problem and how to rectify it. Otherwise, 3.0 seems to be working good for me. Dave

I'm seeing the same thing but wonder if it's related to all of my missing service entries after the update.

You may consider re-doing the migration process, in case you are missing any of your past services or any other entries.
v3.0.8 will allow you to re-do the migration.
Here's a guide to do so: http://www.fuelly.com/forums/f41/mis...ade-18895.html

Also, did you notice if any of your reminders were repeated, or duplicated? If so this thread may prove helpful: http://www.fuelly.com/forums/f41/dup...ers-18897.html

Reminders gone crazy - still

As suggested, I migrated from 2.7 to 3.0 again, following the directions as documented. But, the number of overdue reminders still persists. I have not reviewed all of them yet, but the ones I have reviewed all show a Start Date of Sep 12, 2016 - the date I did the migration. I'm not sure I can trust the status of the reminders and will need to audit all of my service records. Dang!

Dave,

Sorry about this inconvenience. The root cause of this is that GasCubby had some default reminders for everyone but were not all viewable in the old app. It was not possible to discern which ones were un use and which ones were not. So we had to import them all.

This means the only way to clean them up is to go through them and clear out the ones that are not right. Sorry.

I am still seeing overdue reminders on my dashboard when I log into fuelly.com, even though there are no active reminders in the app. How can I clear these to keep them from coming back?

Hm, I'm seeing reminders for both of your vehicles.

What version of GasCubby do you have installed?

I have 3.0.10 installed on my iPhone.

On my dashboard, for example, one of the overdue reminders shows my tires as 676 days overdue. But in the app, they show due in 2 years. Dashboard shows air filter as 8,458 miles and 403 days overdue, app shows (correctly) due in 7 months.

We are currently working out some bugs in the reminders at the moment.
Once we complete our changes/tests. I'll review your specific account to see if our new updates will resolve what you're seeing.
