One family, two subscriptions
I have a Premium Fuelly subscription for which I’m being billed $4.99 per year. When my wife downloaded the app, her Premium subscription cost $6.99. Now we are both being billed those amounts, even though the app says it supports family sharing.
Because the subscriptions are through the App Store, I contacted Apple support, but they said the developer has to fix it.
I suspect that the issue is that my subscription dates back to the Gas Tracker days, but that doesn’t help me fix the problem.
How can we get these two subscriptions merged?
Thanks,
Dennis
