Inconsistent Octane Values

In my area, the mid-grade octane is 88. So that's the value I've kept in GasCubby. However, when I'm in another area fairly close to me, the mid-grade octane is 89. If I change GasCubby's mid-grade value to 89, then all of my mid-grade entries also change to 89, which I consider a bug.

Will v3 allow numeric octane values, as well as convenient default low/mid/high settings?

This is an interesting point.
I'll bring it up in our next meeting and find out what we plan to do going forward.

Going forward we will allow for Octane levels to be set per fuel-up.
So changing the octane rating will not retroactively change any of your other records.

There will be a Default setting on a vehicle level, for convenience, but there's still the option to edit each fillup if necessary (like in the situation you described).
