Question How to import data from sqlite3 files

I lost all my data on my GasCubby account without having created a GasCubby account. I just set one up for my new iPhone, but I cannot restore my iPhone backup to my new iphone because of software incompatibility. I have extracted the two databases from my iPhone backup (via iTunes) named: tripdb.sqlite3 and tripdb.upgrade.bak.sqlite3. How can I get my data out of the database and imported into my new Fuelly account so I can have my data back on my new iPhone?

Thanks,
D

I'm sorry, but we do not have the ability to import the sqlite files at this time. I did check for a back up file associated with your email address and did not find one.

I could extract the data from database myself but it's encrypted; presumably with your password. Can I send the database to you so that you can extract the data and put it onto my Fuelly account? Otherwise if you can provide me with the password to decrypt the database I can extract the information myself.

Thanks,
D

Please email the file to the Fuelly help desk and we will attempt to extract the data.

At this time, only Gas Cubby Pro users may sync their data with Fuelly.com. We will be releasing Gas Cubby 3.0 Free soon that will allow all Gas Cubby users to sync with Fuelly.

We are not able to import sqlite files to Gas Cubby or Fuelly.

I will sync your old data to a test account and transfer that to your Fuelly profile. Please login to your Fuelly profile later this morning and accept the vehicle transfers.
