How to get from Gas Cubby 2.7.5 to Fuelly

I have Gas Cubby 2.7.5; I've had Gas Cubby since 2004 and have been syncing to <where?> an email address.

I have a Fuelly account that I apparently set up in 2014, with a different email address (actually the one used by Gas Cubby is an alias for the one used by Fuelly, but Fuelly does not recognize it for login purposes).

The App Store does not give me the option of updating Gas Cubby to 3.0; it only gives me the option of updating to the Fuelly app.

How do I get my data from the Gas Cubby app on my phone into Fuelly, so that I can update to the Fuelly app and begin synching my data to Fuelly? I really don't want to lose my old data. I haven't been able to find anything in the Forums or the FAQs that addresses this situation.

Good question, as I'm in the same situation. Also, there doesn't appear any way to change my user name as I don't own the Matrix anymore.
