Fuelly for iOS, at least in the US English version, calls these expenses "Services". You should be able to see them in the "Vehicle Logs" view.
I've never migrated from aCar (Android) to Fuelly (iOS), but if you're using a Fuelly.com to sync your data and can see it there, it should show up in the iOS app. If you have a CSV file exported with that data, you can import it into your Fuelly.com account.
