Question Current Best way to transfer from GasCubby to Fuelly

I recently switched from an iPhone to an android. My wife has been keeping GasCubby current, but this is a suboptimal process.

What is the current best process to switch over to Fuelly from GasCubby (both me and my wife) while keeping the 3+ years of GasCubby data?

Do I create the vehicles in Fuelly first? and how do you import the data from GC? I did find here how to mail the cvs file to myself. And where is the link that shows how to change the cvs file to be ready to upload to fuelly? The 2 links I found in the forums lead to 404 pages.

Thanks
Phil

Sorry I missed your post. Just came across it tonight!

After emailing yourself the CSV file from Gas Cubby, you can open it in a spreadsheet program like Excel. Then following the format found in this FAQ: Importing Your Data Into Fuelly
Please arrange your columns as necessary.

Also, it should be noted that Fuelly can only import one vehicle at a time. Please create the vehicle profile, and when editing the GasCubby CSV, split the vehicles into their own files.
Import each CSV into the corresponding vehicle profile you just created on Fuelly.

Or, you can hang tight with us as we're nearing the final stages for Gas Cubby/Fuelly data sync!
This will make the process far quicker/easier for you!

Thanks for this reply. I am looking to do this as well.

Also, the app keeps freezing whenever I do anything on it. Very annoying.

iPhone 5S - 8.1.1

I was also disappointed to see that you can't add vehicle service to this app like in gas cubby. Will this feature be added as well?

Thanks!

GasTracker+ is crashing? Can you try deleting and reinstalling?

We do plan on adding service tracking! It actually has already been developed for the mobile app, but just not turned on yet. We need to tweak Fuelly.com to track/display that data better.
